Q: How do I place an order?
A: Easy. Just browse our collection, choose your size, add to cart, and checkout. Done.
Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: Most of our pieces come in M, L, XL, XXL. Size guides are available on each product page.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, yes. Contact us ASAP at info@roadstyle.et.

Q: Where do you ship?
A:We currently deliver to all of Addis Ababa. Delivery to the rest of Ethiopia is coming soon!
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery takes 2–5 business days in Addis Ababa. Rural areas may take a little longer.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping starts at Br 50.00 for delivery in Addis.
You’ll see options like Free Pickup or Home Delivery after entering your address during checkout.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Right now, we offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience. We’re also working on adding secure online payment options soon!
Q: Is it safe to shop on your site?
A: 100%. Our payment system is secure and encrypted.

A: Yes, within 7 days of receiving your order — as long as it’s unworn and in original condition.
